On October 31, 2022, I retired with 19 years at the Library and one year at CR. I didn't think that the one year would give me 20 with the state, but it did. Wish I could have stayed another year though because under Mrs. M, it was pretty good. It wasn't bad under Dr. H either, but shortly before I left, I was told I'd be getting a raise taking my $37.5K to $40 something K. It would have made it worth my while to unretire, since I'd already started the process, but would be a PITA to undo. She also offered to let me remote for the last year as I had told her one factor in choosing to retire was the mobility issues and the parking issues.
